PivotWorks Group LLC was founded by Damian Djam — a Cameroonian-American entrepreneur who came to Minnesota, put down roots, built a family here, and decided to build something that serves the community around him.
The company started with a straightforward idea: there are counties, school districts, small agencies, and community organizations that need reliable vendors for everyday operational needs — supplies, administrative support, coordination services. And most of the time, the vendors serving them are either too large to care about a small order, or not local enough to show up when something goes wrong.
PivotWorks is the answer to that gap. We are small, we are local, and the founder is personally accountable for every engagement. When you call, you reach the person who owns the business. When you place an order, someone follows through — not because a system says to, but because our reputation depends on it.
Our long-term goal is to grow into a trusted, full-scale government contracting firm. But we believe the way to get there is by being excellent at the small things first. We are not chasing quick wins. We are building something that lasts.
